I wasn’t sure if I should publish this article.
However, for me, it was an event that touched my heart and made me feel very positive.
I came back to the office again and am now working on my computer.

This week, the assembly line stopped.
There are more than a dozen female staff members in the assembly, who of course come to work to supplement the family income and to make a living.
Lighting fixtures have busy and quiet seasons, but to stop for a few days is unusual.
A 30-something assembly supervisor came to me late in the evening to ask for a favor from the president of the company.

I had mixed feelings, saying to him, “What a thing to say.
On the other hand, however, I realized that the child who was always being scolded had somehow grown up to be a leader.
By no means, an unreliable leader who cannot be said to have leadership skills
is trying to protect his own people, even at the cost of his own life.
It was clumsy, but I thought it was admirable.
He may be able to say beautiful things with his mouth, but it’s not easy to do.
Something is definitely different from the Morimitsu of a year ago.
I can’t see it yet, but I feel something is about to change.
I thought that with love, a leader without leadership might be possible.
This is the kind of member who makes lighting fixtures.
